First, the symptoms you describe sound a lot like endo. However, endo cannot be diagnosed without a laparoscopy at least. Therefore, if you doc is treating you with lupron for presumed endo, he is treating you without a diagnosis. Second, you have pelvic pain without a diagnosis. That is enough to proceed to scope...
