First, it is uncommon in this day and age to miss fibroids on ultrasound. Second, if you are uncomfortable with your surgeon, you should certainly seek another opinion. As I have said before on this forum many times, if I am going to allow somebody to cut me, I will have to be comfortable with them... Lynn
