Most women never have implantation bleeding, but if it occurs, it is generally 8-10 days post ovulation. I don't think that I would repeat the test for at least a week, and if that one is negative, I would wait for another period. Even abnormal periods can be periods, and that would not make you due again for another 10 days or so.
