you probalby od have elasticity problems -- or more acurately, some uterine prolapse and/or laxity of hte vaginal walls from childbirth. YOur gyn can evaluate you and suggest treatment -- I would cerainy suggest Kegel exercises (check archives for how to do Kegels)
