I am getting ready to have a myomectomy (laparotomy) in a few weeks. What do you recommend eating the day before surgery, in order to prevent 'gas pains,' post op? Some people I have talked to said that I should eat only liquids the day before surgery, in order to prevent 'gas pains, post op.' What do you think? Thanks in advance!
