Hi Tina,

This is a hysterectomy where the cervix is left behind, but the uterus, tubes, and ovaries are removed.

If you go to http://www.tomlyons.com, or if that doesn't work, go to http://www.centerforendo.com. Dr. Lyons is the surgeon that perfected this procedure if I am not mistaken. He is an Endometriosis Specialist in GA (He isn't my Dr., but his partner, Robert Albee, is).
