Is that what you are referring to? My question regardless is why you are requiring two forms of estrogen replacement? My guess is that you were experiencing vaginal symptoms from a lack of estrogen. If this is the case, the I would recommend optimizing one form of estrogen rather than using two. There are certainly occasional women who need the supplemental vaginal cream, but not often. The triglyceride panel is likely to improve, if anything, with the estrogen. I would concentrate on other means of tackling that problem... Lynn
