It is unlikely that the pregnancy loss affected your uterus in a negative fashion, especially since you are able to have a withdrawl bleed with progesterone. In your case, the healthiest approach is to do one of two things. If you are trying for pregnancy, I would suggest ovulation induction. This will regulate your cycle and increase your chances of conception. If you are not pursuing pregnancy, then I would recommend cycling on the pill... Lynn
