Sudden onset of pain can be just about anything. If you are feeling
better, it is probably resolving on its own. Commonly sudden pain as
you describe is from a cyst on the ovary that is pushed on or that
ruptures. If you have persistant or recurrent pain, be sure to see your
gyn.
