Hi :o) I'm not a doctor, but I had a bad pain like that once and I went to the emer room. They thought it was a cyst on my ovary that had burst. They said there's nothing they can do after the fact, and it's not a big deal, but it can be fairly painful. Also a possibility is that you could have a bladder or bacterial infection of some kind. I get those often and they make sex pretty uncomfortable sometimes. Of course, if you are worried you should make a doctors appt, that's just my $.02! Take care.
