Uterine thickening..

Can you tell me what it means when a uterus is somewhat thickened? Mine is 11.3mm in A-P dimension. My bladder walls appear mildly thickened as well. Also, the right ovary appears larger and cystic follicles are seen within the right ovary.

I ahve endo. Does the thickness say that endo is present? Do the cysts indicate polycystic ovaries? And if so, what does that mean? Could the thickend uterus indicate adenomyosis (sp?).

Thanks.
