It sounds like your doctor is doing all the right things. A septated
cyst needs to be evaluated but is not, I repeat, is not a shoe in for a
malignancy. It may be a cycst of ovulation with a clot, seen frequently
in reproductive technology. Let your doctor continue to do the good job
that it appears s/he is doing.
