Which hormone is responsible for pre menstrual breast tenderness? Also, if one month I am on time, and one month late...and the next month I start PMS just three days after I stopped my period...could this be due to stress causing my hormones to be off? I usually get a good week to a week and a half to myself each cycle with no bleeding and no PMS...I just ended my period and am already into severe PMS...way too early this cycle. This happened to me about six months ago...and the PMS lasted 18 days...that was the lightest cycle I ever had;)...I don't mind the PMS...I just worry about how it will affect my bleeding as I had an ablation in Feb this year and I have to track my cycles each month for a year...so I have been and I am noticing a major change in my hormones since the ablation...I used to be on time to the day...now it varies each month...maybe the pill would help straighten this out perhaps?
