If you have a period in the first 2-7 days after finiishing the Aygestin, the uterine lining has been stimulated by estrogen. This would mean that for some reason, you are not releasing eggs. If there is no bleeding after the Aygestin, then the endometrium has not been stimulated and further tests are required to find out what is happening. RDB
