Does it matter much in terms of weight loss whether you eat first then exercise, or exercise first then have dinner? I've been trying to start walking, but with the earlier sunset I've been having trouble getting dinner done and getting out before dark. But somehow I've got it in my head that if you're trying to lose weight, you have to do the exercise after a meal. Does it really matter? Andrea
