Could be endometriosis. Endometriosis can occur in a number of areas. I have seen it in the vaginal walls, on the cervix, and on the vulva, but not on the clitoris. However, I don't see why it would not appear there, too. Perhaps your doctor can biopsy it when it is "active." Good luck,
