You might have irregular bleeding for the entire time that you use Depo-Provera, or it might straighten out tomorrow. It is difficult to predict with this medication. Some types of fibroids can be managed throught the scope, but most cannot, especially large ones that are in the wall of the uterus. Formal myomectomies need abdominal access many times.
