Please ADVICE me. its an >SOS >Thanks Ovarian cystadenomas are benign lesions of the ovary that can reach significant size. I am not aware of any method to prevent them. The Ovral is for the prevention of the regular monthly cysts that every hormonally active woman makes, but will not have a sinificant effect on a recurrent cystadenoma. The only treatment is surgical if the cyst does not resolve by itself.
