THe pain after laparoscopy usually goes away within a week. The pain can be more if there were an extensive amount of surgery done, but it doens't sound like there was. Your gyn needs to examine you thoroughly to make sure there isn't anything going on. If there were seriuos problems, other symptoms - like fever, chills, bleeding would also be noted.
