Many thanks to all the doctors (and others) here who take their valuable time to answer these questions. This board has been a great resource for me lately. Several of my own questions were answered yesterday - but not this one. Any chance someone could give it a shot? I'm going for my pre-op testing and Q&A session in the morning, and I'd like to have as much info as possible beforehand. Thank you so much!
