In reply to: Melissa: "Strep B" If you are not pregnant, you don't need to be treated (unless the strep is a bladder infection). You don't say how far apart you have had the cultures, but some people are just prone to have Grp B strep. Treating your partner probably won't make much difference if he is positive.
