I assume you mean the cultures were obtained from the vagina or cervix. It is almost impossible to get rid of this bacteria, as it is not an infection, but rather a colonization. I'm surprised your doctor has bothered prescribing antibiotics for a bacteria that is part of your normal vaginal bacterial flora. Every person has bacteria, and about 30% of women have beta strep in their vaginas as part of their normal flora. This bacteria can uncommonly cause problems for newborn babies who contract it during vaginal delivery, which is why we prescribe antibiotics during labor. However, because it's a normal part of the vaginal bacteria flora, it will probably never go away. Best wishes,
