Light Lower Back Pain

I've already gone to the dr and had a papsmear done and blood tests for STDs. I seam to be fine. Well except that I had yeast infection. Something strange though. I had my pap done just the day before I had my period and I sometimes have this light lower back pain (I wouldn't even call it pain but maybe discomfort) just before and during my period. But after this last period I still feel that weird back pain like I'm still on my period but I don't have my period anymore. Would it be possible that something inside got irritated when it was messed with during a tender time period? Or do you think it could be something serious. If I did have something wouldn't the dr be able to know by all the exams I took? My dr says I'm fine. Last day I had my period was 10/13/00. And the 'pain' usually goes away when I wake up in the morning and it comes back sometime during the day? Another funny thing is that I seam to feel like passing gas and it comes from that exact part I feel the discomfort in (the lower back). And sometimes my sides (at waist) feel sore. I thought these things were too strange just to be some faze my body is going through. I do have yeast infection is what my dr said and I did not know that yeast infections can cause lower back pains, which is what I read somewhere. Something about overgrowth of yeast ....... Any input would be apreciated ... Thank you ....
