ovarian cyst

I recently had a laperscope done for endometriosis. The doctor burned around six places of endo and also removed an ovarian cyst. I am no longer seeing this doctor and I recently got my surgery and pathology report from the hospital. I was wondering what kind of ovarian cyst this was. The pathology report says:

Left ovarian cyst: Hemorrhagic debris and fibrous tissue with no evidence of endometriosis or malignacy.

Now, my question is: What kind of cyst is this? I have heard that fibroid tumors are common in women with endomertriosis. Could this be what that was?

I appreciate any help you can give.
