Winter,

I quit smoking a year ago August. I used Zyban. Zyban has a weird side effect of making you loose your appetite so it might be the best bet. It's an anti depressant and you take it for a couple of weeks before you try to quit. It takes away the desire in your brain for a cig. I didn't find it painful but it was tough. Had I not been determined I wouldn't have made it.

The money I save goes for stuff for me now. Instead of burning my money, I get a new dress once a month or whatever.

Good Luck,

mom
