Winter,
I quit smoking a year ago August. I used Zyban. Zyban has a weird side
effect of making you loose your appetite so it might be the best bet.
It's an anti depressant and you take it for a couple of weeks before you
try to quit. It takes away the desire in your brain for a cig. I
didn't find it painful but it was tough. Had I not been determined I
wouldn't have made it.
The money I save goes for stuff for me now. Instead of burning my
money, I get a new dress once a month or whatever.
