Adenomyosis can only be diagnosed by MRI or hysterectomy, FWIW.

Usually older but can be seen earlier.

Prostaglandins are mediators of many different body functions and can
abe associated with pain, hence anti-prostaglandins for pain relief.
There are many differnt prostaglandins, known as E, F, I etc with
subnumbers, as in E2 and sub-sub divisions as in E2alpha

I haven't seen any literature about "prostaglandin excess".

Very, very little sacs.

This might be best answered by a gastroenterologist intaimately involved
with the biochemical reactions of the intestines.

I guess he's referring to diverticulitis and not pregnancy related
infections. Diverticulitis can be quite serious. Would the GI feel
better if you were being taken care of by a maternal-fetal medicine
specialsit?

Diverticulosis, many. Diverticulitis, none. The patients, on the
whole, do quite well.

Always a good idea to get all parts of your body in the best shape
possible before pregnancy.
