Ah, patients is a virute. :-)
If you're getting hot flushes on Cenestin 0.625 and Prometrium 300 at
night (actually, both hormones seem to be better absorbed at night), you
may wish to look for other reasons - poor absorption of the medication,
other reasons for hot flushes (in the literature, the number one cause
is stress, not menopause), thyroid problems, alcohol usage increases
estradiol levels so upswings and donwturns can cause them.
If none of these are the answer, you need to discuss this further with
your doctor or a reproductive endocrinologist.
FWIW, it is rather chill in NY today.
