Metronidazole vaginal gel (MetroGel)

I was perscribed MetroGel for a mild Garderella infection. I also started taking Clomind for the first time this month... On the second day of me taking the Metrogel, I have noticed a white discharge. (looks like wet tissue paper) I have never had a yeast infection, but the discharge seems similar to what people describe as having during a yeast infection. Could MetroGel have caused a yeast infection? Is it common for this dischage to occure during treatment. This is my last day of taking it and I am hope that the white stuff just goes away! Any thoughts on what it may be? Amy
