when you say sparks is it a tingling burning feeling? I am wondering if you have a breast yeast infection casuing the discomfort? Typically Diflucan is given to treat this but you can also use gentian violet for 3 days (1x a day). This is over the couner but you may have to ask your pharmacist for this. Check with your OB fist to make sure it is ok to use while pregnant (you can use it while breastfeeding and even put it in the baby's mouth so I assume it is safe).

Good luck.
