Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: cramping with no period and not pregnant" I was supposed to start today and for the last 3 full days I have been having menstrual like cramps but still haven't started. I usually cramp for about 1 hour before I start, never for 3 days. I took a HPT and negative. What else could be causing this. It's not extremely painful, just annoying. I had a little spotting with ovulation and some cramping in my right ovary about 4-5 dpo. Does that have anything to do with it?
