Most all oral contraceptives will help acne. Ortho tricyclin is the only one who can advertise that because they collected the data and presented it to the FDA. All the others are now collecting the data so they can make the same claim. Talk to your gynecologist about this. Almost all OCP's can cause some mood swings in some women.
