Can ORTHOTRICYCLINE cause mood swings?

Is it possible for the pill to cause drastic mood swings, and or depression and paranoia?

I have found that during the 3rd week on my pill (orthotricycline) my level of sensitivity goes up.. and little things cause me to react extremely in either direction, I get happy and estatic, or sad almost to crying and being depressed several times in one day.... these episodes are short lived and occur sporadically for 2-4 days in the 7days of the 3rd week that I am on the pill.

Should I be alarmed? I want to continue with orthtricycline since it has almost eliminated my really bad acne problem. What can I do?
