Vaginal muscle spasming? Related to vulvadynia?

Every so often I feel the muscles in my vagina spasm! It catches me
off-guard. One of the posts on here said spasming can be related to
vulvadynia? I have sharp clitoral pain and vaginal discomfort and
someone told me it might be vulvadynia- is spasming related to that? I
also get muscle spasms in other various muscles pretty frequently too,
so maybe it's just the way I am?
