PCOS

I've been reading about PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) lately and I am beginning to wonder if that is what I am suffering from. I am hoping that one of the doctors here will be able to help me. I am 19 years old. I've had my period since I was 11 and up until this year I have had pretty regular periods. At about the age of 12 I started to gain weight at a pretty fast rate and I am not overweight but borderline obese. I have been trying for 3 years now to lose weight but nothing works. I've been on all kinds of diet pills and diets but my weight pretty much stays the same no matter what I do. I also suffer from acne (not sure if it is actually acne though) that will not go away despite all of the treatments that I have gone through and all of the medication I have used (which I think is every pill, ointment, diet out there). I have been tested twice about 2 & 3 years ago for hormonal imbalance but everything came back fine. Could I have PCOS? What should I do?
