Ablation failure questionFrom: Debbie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 21 Oct 2000 23:55:01 -0500 (CDT)
Is there any set time you physicians see for woman that have endometrial ablations as far as when, if it fails, it is most likely to occur? For example...do more have failures in the first three months...at the six month mark...the nine month mark...the one year mark? I am seven months into mine...and all of my cycles are a bit different...this one seems heavier...but light...but a heavy light...if that makes sense...plus, I had some red blood and no red blood here since month one post. I get all brown blood...scanty. I got scared seeing that teeny tiny amount of red blood thinking perhaps this could be a sign it is failing...these ablations are tough to wait out and so stressful...I should have hyst had a hysterectomy...oh well...that option is still there;) Thank You:) Deb
