I am supposed to be due for my depo shot on Dec. 7, however me and my husband have decided that we would like to try for our third child. I have only received two injections so far, have not gotten my period since, and have had no ill side effects. Both of my two children were conceived extremely easily (my first, i was off the BC pill only a month, after a 9 year steady term on it!) My question is, how long am I looking at before I will be able to get pregnant? I know they say up to a year, but I'm wondering about personal experience, if my background has any influence, the fact I haven't been on it long, etc. If I do get my period right away, does this mean I can get pregnant right away? Thank you so much for any advice you can give me.
