Emme, The amox will likely not do anything. I would just wait until Sunday unless the symptoms are really bothering you and getting worse. Otherwise, there is no emergency. For years we have waited through the entire first trimester to treat gardnerella in pregnant patients because Flagyl has been contraindicated in the first trimester... Lynn
