Jo, It is hard to know for sure, but the body changes over time and it may be that the progesterone isn't enough to completely suppress things. Or, on the other hand, the prolonged progesterone therapy has the lining of the uterus so thinned that you are getting bleeding secondary to that. You may want to consider either a break or changing pill formulations... Lynn
