I recently had a miscarriage via d and c on Aug. 22. I started my period Sept. 21 exactly 30 days from d and c which is exactly the number of cycle days I always have. My ovulation prediction kits turned postive and by them going negative again I deducted I ovulated around day 19 which was Oct. 9. My doctor told me to get a progesterone serum blood test on day 21 which was Oct. 11. He then deduced by the results I wasn't ovulating and put me on clomid. My question is that isn't two days after suspected ovulation too early to detect the progesterone (He says it wasn't)? And if my cycles are 30 days long is day 3 - 7 the right days to take the clomid? And one more thing is day 3 the right time to test for estrodial and fsh? Thanks for any information, Angelia
