This means that no matter where you treat, it can be temporary and other warts can crop up at other sites. Given what you describe, I would certainly seek another opinion from a dermatologist. Although it can certainly happen, genital warts are most commonly isolated to the vulvar/vaginal/anal area. To have them on your thighs and legs, I wonder if you are really dealing with HPV... Lynn
