Julie in Cincinnati, The problem with HPV is that once infected, always infected. This means that no matter where you treat, it can be temporary and other warts can crop up at other sites. Given what you describe, I would certainly seek another opinion from a dermatologist. Although it can certainly happen, genital warts are most commonly isolated to the vulvar/vaginal/anal area. To have them on your thighs and legs, I wonder if you are really dealing with HPV... Lynn
