Looking back 18 years is hard to do. It is more likely than not your
mother had a stillbirth, or if premature, the baby might have died after
birth. It isn't clear exactly how far along the pregnancy was at the
time.
I hope you are seeing professional help for your depression, as it does
seem to be pretty severe.
You should not feel guilty no matter what. If he died from stillbirth,
that's no one's fault. If (and very unlikely) your mother had a
termination, that would have been your mother's chioce, not yours. Also,
whatever happened, your mother has gone through a lot also, and she may
also benefit from counseling.
