I would think a third trimester abortion is illegal, but I could be wrong. It is very possible to have a stillbirth at seven months. My Grandmother had one at nine months!!! The baby died one week before her due date. So, it is possible.

I personally feel this is a deeply personal matter. This woman has been through hell and back, and deserves whatever privacy she can get. I don't think any of us can judge what is or isn't an emergency (except a Dr. of course). In my Grandmothers case, she had no idea whatsoever. She didn't even know the baby died until she went in to the Dr. the following week!

In fact, with my Grandmother, her brother was critically injured a few months before she had conceived, in a hold up in the pharmacy he owned. She was definitely stressed out.
