Aborthion or stillbirth??? She found out she was pregnant after his death. She already had a four year old girl and this was her second pregnancy. Her first pregnancy wasn't easy(she felt quite sick before and after the birth) but there was no serious medical complications. Now, in her seventh month of her pregnancy she went to a hospital. As far as I could tell it wasn't the case of emergency. When she came back, she told everybody she had a stillbirth. My question is that is there any chance of she had an abortion? How possible is that she had a stillbirth due to the shock and the stress of her husband's death in her seventh month of pregnancy?
