It doesn't seem to be a lack of lubrication. During intercourse (when I can stand it), I sometimes feel pressure on my bladder (like a need to urinate) and my rectum. My doctor has checked for bladder and vaginal infections and those came out negative. It is also painful to have orgasm sometimes. Could this be vaginismus (sp?), and if so, can anything been done about it? It's been so frustrating, I'm afraid to try intercourse anymore. Any information would really be appreciated.
