Crystal, My feeling is that you do need to see the endocrinologist. I would make sure that they check your thyroid function as well as the PCOS stuff. Additionally, I really don't even need the labs (i.e. FSH/LH ratio, androgens, etc.) to make the diagnosis of PCOS. Your history is convincing enough. Finally, water has no caloric content, unless you are drinking the flavored water available... Lynn
