For the last couple of months i've noticed some spotting/ light bleeding between periods.I now also seem to have continuous cramp.Am now alarmed to have discovered a lump at the entrance to my cervix which can be pushed back in! As i haven't had a pap test in several years i am worried this could be cervical cancer.what are the chances of this being either a malignancy or a polyp?If it is more likely to be a polyp is there a high chance of there being more than one present in view of the cramping pains?
