Eating yogurt does nothing for the vagina. The organisms which might help(if they hadn't been removed by the pasteurization process) are killed by the acid in the stomach.

The acidophilus pills are the same way(killed by stomach acid) assuming they weren't killed by being dried out and put in the capsules.
