On the other hand if for some reason it twisted around and cut off its blood supply, it could degenerate and be gone. Also the ovary or its blood supply could have been damaged by the laser and that would cause it to be gone. It would not be swallowed by endometriosis unless you had a large mass of endometriosis there. If you did you would know it. RDB
