YES
If nothing is done will the uterus continue to drop?
Usually

For instance, I can see my cervix while sitting on the toilet but if I lay down my cervix gets higher. When I check for my IUD strings I do not have to reach in far to feel them.

Today I was even able to see my IUD string! I know my doctor will answer my questions soon but given this info does it still sound like a prolapse? Would it be prolapsing even when standing?

In a sitting position, I see wrinkly tissue at the top of the vaginal opening (cervix?) and then a smooth round part (base of cervix) and my IUD string. I then have more tissue in a ball form at the bottom of the opening. Should I see anything when looking?
