Never ever douche with water. The vagina is acid in nature and water will wsh out the acid and make the vagina susceptible to infections. As a rule douching is seldom if ever indicated. If you feel you must douche the use 1 part vinegar and 4 parts water. vinegar is an acid soultion and will help protect the vagina.
